This CMT Orange Tools 690‑517 Knives 50×4 mm set is a pair of 50 mm cutting‑length, 4 mm‑thick profile knives designed for spindle‑molder or insert‑shaper cutter heads. The knives are produced to the Profile No. 517 specification, allowing them to be combined with matching limiters to form a defined molding profile on wood, MDF, and chipboard. Made from high‑strength SP‑grade alloyed tool steel, the knives can be sharpened and regrinded repeatedly while maintaining profile accuracy.
